Add a Bar

One idea for you to enjoy, would be to add a bar area. It’s great for entertaining purposes and can make your home be the hub for your friends or family get-togethers. Earlier this year we provided a customer with a custom-built stone veneer bar. This bar also featured an epoxy top, which turned out amazing! Even if you would like something very customized to meet your desires, we can work with you!

Turn It into a Den

Make your basement your own domain! Whether it be a sports den or a movie area, or just a cozy area to relax and unwind. Make the space your own! Get creative by adding some stone accents to your den! Several years back we provided a customer with a custom fireplace, as well as added some stone veneer to a few of their pillars to match. It really added to the rustic feel they were looking for.

Turn It into a Kids’ Zone

Let’s be honest, as parents we sometimes need a break from our children. Why not give them a space of their own, and turn an area of your basement into a kids’ zone? With the area, add bins for their toys! Give the space some beauty by hanging epoxy paintings. A play area can make it much easier for someone to keep an eye on the children with a lowered risk of them getting into trouble. And it keeps the mess to a limited area too!

Add a Second Kitchen

Maybe you have been thinking that having a second, smaller kitchen would be good for holidays and gatherings. A secondary kitchen can keep there from being too many cooks in one kitchen, plus it can serve guests smaller treats while the main course is still in the oven upstairs. Adding one to your basement is a great idea! Incorporate some stone backsplash to give it a beautiful finish!
